Our deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday to addresses in mainland UK; to ensure that the delivery is made someone must be present to sign for the order.
We only deliver to members pre-registered addresses in the UK. Members with multiple locations are advised to register details of their various sites when completing membership application.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, full payment after which we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the relevant product or products has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the dispatch and payment confirmation.
All orders placed by 11 am (Monday to Thursday) will be dispatched to reach you within 48 hours (it may take longer for some parts of the country and/or in extreme weather conditions).
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send email confirmation.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £500 (excluding VAT and delivery charge.). A fee of £50 will apply for orders below that amount.
The driver will offload the pallet from the vehicle on a tail lift vehicle if no fork truck is available, the pallet will be delivered to the outside of your client's property. You will have a maximum of 15 minutes to check the contents of the pallet and sign the delivery note accordingly . We cannot guarantee that the orders will be brought inside your property by the drivers.
If on inspection there is any damage or shortage it is imperative that this is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery as claims will not be considered if this is not completed.
